Prerequisite:

Have a current Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit

Description:

This is a 5 hour comprehensive course that meets the Colorado requirements for renewal. (House Bill 24-1174)

Objectives:

The goal of this course is designed to give you information and test your knowledge and ability to see if you pass Colorado standards (House Bill 24-1174) to qualify you to renew your Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP).

What to Expect:

This course will begin at the Summit Count Shooting Range where we will shoot the required qualification from your Every Day Carry (EDC) holster and from concealment. Then we will go to a classroom for instruction and a written test. When completed you will receive a certificate that will enable you to renew your CHP with the county Sheriff.

What to Bring:

Please bring eye protection, ear protection, a billed hat and a water bottle.

Bringr you every day carry firearm, holster, and gear with at least 50 rounds of the appropriate ammo for your firearm.

Location and Cost:

The range time will be at the Summit County Shooting Range and the classroom time will be in Breckenridge.

The course fee is $100.00 per student payable at the beginning of the course. We take Cash, Check, Venmo, or Zelle.
